About Maria
Eighteen years of hospitality, commercial & residential work.
Maria leads a multidisciplinary practice with deep experience across South Florida, the Caribbean, and the East Coast. Her work spans restaurants, nightclubs, boutique hotels, corporate headquarters, medical centers, and historic residential renovations.
Alongside design, the firm is recognized for fire and life safety code consulting — a discipline that has shaped how we draw, detail, and coordinate every project we take on. Clients came to Maria not just for the work, but for the direct communication larger firms rarely offer. MCD was built to keep that promise.
